What is the difference between counselling and Life Coaching?

At some point, people search for more understanding, fulfillment, and want to see change happening in their life. “Counselling falls under the umbrella term ‘talking therapies’ and allows people to discuss their problems and any difficult feelings they encounter in a safe, confidential environment” (counsellingdirectory.org.uk). Holistic life coaching helps you to gain perspective by looking at the present and envisioning your future to set achievable goals to work towards. It takes into account the emotional, physical and intellectual dimensions of your whole self, to help you find balance, confidence, and deeper meaning.

My approach is rooted in Mindfulness, with different practices and concepts such as acceptance, non-judgment, to help you finding balance in day-to-day life while aiming for your goals.

What challenges do you help people with?

  • Lack of self-esteem and self-confidence

What is a mind-body practitioner?

Through raising awareness and education, a mind-body practitioner gives you an understanding of how your mental, physical and spiritual health are interconnected. How old belief systems, negative thoughts, and emotions can impact you on a physical level and create tensions and blockages in the body.

As a mind-body practitioner together with my holistic life coaching approach, I can help you release those emotional blockages and constrictions with thought-provoking questions, simple movements, exercises, and breathing techniques.

Do you offer a discovery call prior to booking a coaching session?

Yes please! It is important that you feel confident and have the answers that are necessary for you to take this step towards a healthy and fulfilling change. Before booking a session or program, I invite you to contact me for a discovery call, it generally lasts 20min and it is the occasion to connect, already have a first impression of the challenges you are facing and see how I can help you. This discovery call is free of charge with no obligation of booking.

Do you offer Packs of sessions?

I do offer individual coaching sessions as well as a pack of 5 sessions. When you book a pack of 5 coaching sessions it remains valid for a period of 6 months, from the date of the first coaching session. After 6 months, the coaching sessions are not valid anymore. However, I believe in flexibility and smooth processes, so I allow myself the right to adapt according to the circumstances with the possibility to extend this period of validity after discussion together.

What is the cancellation policy?

Individual sessions and package sessions are non-refundable.

Sometimes life throws unexpected events, if you need to cancel or postpone an appointment I invite you to do so via mail or WhatsApp at least 48hours before and we can reschedule one together. Passed this time, you will, unfortunately, lose your funds and session and we will have to book a new appointment.

What kind of services do you offer to companies?

My approach is tailored with regard to the company and its employees’ needs. Here is an example of the range of services I offer:

  • Tailored wellness programs including monthly workshops, weekly activities, content sharing, individual Q&A sessions, worksheets, individual private sessions

  • Single workshops on a specific theme from 60min to 180min

  • Mindfulness sessions

  • Partnership as support holistic life coach of the company

What are the workshop themes that you offer?

Each workshop theme can be explored in many different ways and with various exercises to profit the company’s objective to either promote mental health and wellbeing, give tools to employees, increase commitment and productivity, support management and leadership in communication and decision making. We could consider putting those various themes under four umbrellas:

  • Mindfulness

  • Stress management

  • Emotional Resilience

  • Values, meaning, and purpose

Where do the workshops and wellness programs take place?

At the moment, all the workshops and wellness programs are delivered online via Zoom or Google Meet.

How does it work if I want to create a wellness program for my company?

Many businesses face similar challenges when it comes to lack of motivation, high-stress levels among the team, disengagement, unhealthy internal competition. However, each structure, with its values, spirit, and leaders is quite unique. This is why I believe in a tailored approach based on your experience, values, and company culture.

Getting in contact is the first step. Via a video call (or meeting if you are in Berlin) we will discuss the challenges, goals and support you would like to see happening for your team. Then, we can discuss duration, frequency, and adapt the formats and modalities according to your employees’ feedback (via customized questionnaire).
