I am Johanna, born and raised in Nice, France, and lived in many cities before I decided to settle down in Berlin. As a former marketing and brand specialist with 10 years start-up experience, I know all too well how stressful and disconnected life can get. After a difficult life event, I realised that i needed to slow down. That's why I turned to Reiki, holistic life coaching, and mindfulness to help me find my way back to a happier, healthier me.
