I started learning all those tools for myself.
I worked for ten years as an employee in a fast-paced environment before setting up my own business. Over the years, I got trained in Reiki, life coaching, mindfulness, and meditation to get to know myself better and find out what I wanted.
Along the way I decided to assist people in finding their truth. I understood that each person must create their own path towards healing and well-being.
Yet, when I started building my business a few years ago, I was so excited that I neglected some areas of my life and couldn’t seem to find a balance. The boundaries between home and office were shattered, and I felt distracted and overwhelmed. My mental load was increasing.
Thanks to all the tools and relaxation techniques I learnt, I started to come back to myself, turn inwards and reconnect to my essence. Resting and creating the space to leave the “human-doing” aside, prioritising being…This is when I sat down and asked myself, “What do I really need? How can I feel at my best, regain energy and create a fulfilling living environment?”
Then I realised :
There is no perfect morning routine, there are no one-size-fits-all recipes.
Sometimes we only need inspiration and tools that will lead us to self-exploration to discover what works best for us.
Thinking is great, taking action is essential.
From then on, I designed my life around my intrinsic needs, to increase my levels of energy and learn to create more balance.
